Our demo interview service provides AI-powered simulated interviews that mimic student visa interviews. This service is designed to help you practice and prepare for actual visa interviews.

  • Visa decisions are made solely by immigration authorities
  • We are not affiliated with any government immigration authority, embassy, or consulate

  • Actual visa outcomes depend on many factors beyond interview preparation

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

7.2 Practice Tests and Materials

  • All test materials are for practice purposes only
  • We do not guarantee that practice tests reflect actual TOEFL exam content

7.3 Demo Interview Recordings

  • You retain ownership of your demo interview recordings
  • You grant us a license to process and analyze your recordings using AI services to provide feedback
  • We will not share your interview recordings with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., AI processing)
  • You can request deletion of your interview recordings at any time
  • Your recordings are never shared with immigration authorities or government agencies

  • Simulation Only: Demo interviews are AI-powered simulations and do not represent actual visa interview conditions, questions, or standards used by immigration authorities
  • No Government Affiliation: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government immigration authority, embassy, consulate, or official visa processing agency
  • Independent Decisions: Visa decisions are made solely and independently by immigration authorities based on their own criteria, policies, regulations, and assessment of your individual circumstances

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
